Morning Routine (4:30 AM to 6 AM): Wake up, have lemon turmeric water, perform enema, and check BP & FBS.
Mid-Morning Activities (6 AM to 11 AM): Herbal Kadha, yoga session, green juice, doctor consultation, and nature-cooked breakfast
Afternoon Schedule (11:30 AM to 3:30 PM): Inaugural ceremony, energy drinks/herbal tea, nutritious lunch, and rest
Late Afternoon Activities (3:30 PM to 7 PM): Foot bath, energy drink, education, and detox therapy/field class
Evening Routine (7 PM to 9 PM): Freshen up, dinner, and education/video classes. Begin bedtime routine at 9 PM with Saba Asan and bed round

Early Morning Routine (4:30 AM to 6 AM): Wake up, have lukewarm lemon turmeric water, perform an enema, and check BP & FBS
Morning Activities (6 AM to 11 AM): Engage in herbal Kadha, a yoga session, and have a green juice. Experience detox therapies like mud bath, steam bath, massage therapy, and hydrotherapy from 8 AM to 10 AM. Enjoy a nature-cooked breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM.
Mid-Day (11 AM to 3 PM): Attend an educational seminar on maintaining a disease-free life from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. Recharge with energetic drinks and herbal tea at 12 PM. Have a lunch focused on body repair and immunity-boosting raw food from 1 PM to 2 PM. Rest between 2 PM and 3 PM.
Afternoon Activities (3 PM to 6 PM): Participate in a foot bath, energy drink/soup session, and continue education from 3 PM to 4 PM. Engage in physiotherapy, massage therapy, or a field class from 4 PM to 5 PM. Followed by enema therapy and freshening up from 5 PM to 6 PM
Evening Routine (6 PM to 9 PM): Enjoy dinner and a night meal from 6 PM to 7 PM. Dedicate the hour from 7 PM to 8 PM to education and video classes.
