1. Acceptance & eligibility
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry form, booking a program, making a payment, joining an online session, sharing medical reports, communicating with our team, or attending a residential camp, you agree to be bound by these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About DIAREV & our services
DIAREV is a doctor-guided lifestyle disease-reversal and wellness initiative. Our camps and programs are operated by certified, qualified doctors and nurses, and supported by trained coordinators. We provide structured programs for individuals managing lifestyle-related health conditions, including:
- Type 2 Diabetes, insulin resistance, and high blood sugar.
- Obesity and weight-related concerns.
- High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and fatty liver.
- Thyroid-related concerns, PCOS/PCOD, and digestive issues.
Our offerings include:
- Residential camps (e.g. a 5-day stay-based program with up to 1-year follow-up support).
- Online programs (e.g. short-duration guidance and a 12-month online support program — see the 1-Year Support Plan).
- Events and workshops, and a wellness shop for related products.
DIAREV focuses on lifestyle correction, food habits, routine, sleep, movement, stress management, medical-report review, doctor consultation, education, monitoring, and follow-up. DIAREV does not replace emergency medical care, hospital treatment, or specialist interventionwhere such care is required. Exact inclusions, location, accommodation, schedule, and consultation format may vary by program, venue, and the participant’s medical condition. We may add, modify, rename, combine, or discontinue any program at our discretion.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Bookings, confirmation, sessions & waitlists
Submitting an enquiry form, phone enquiry, WhatsApp message, or verbal discussion does not automatically confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after the required steps are completed — which may include a medical-eligibility discussion, seat or slot availability, payment (or advance/token payment), confirmation by the DIAREV team, and any required registration. DIAREV may accept or reject a booking based on medical suitability, availability, program capacity, safety concerns, incomplete information, or non-payment. When a session is full you may join the waitlist; if a place opens you will be notified and given a limited window to pay.
5. Pricing, taxes & payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST as shown at checkout. Program fees, inclusions, accommodation and food charges, discounts, and other applicable charges are communicated before confirmation and may vary by program type, duration, location, and services included. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. For residential camps that offer a token (advance) option, you pay the advance online and the balance at the camp. The token/advance is a non-refundable booking fee. You are responsible for verifying all details before making payment.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the service and the timing of your request. For camps paid in full, a tiered refund applies based on how far in advance you cancel; the token/advance for residential camps is non-refundable, and the 1-Year Support Plan is a one-time, non-refundable payment. 7. Medical disclaimer
Please read carefully.
DIAREV provides doctor-guided lifestyle, nutrition, wellness, education, and follow-up support. Our programs, food plans, routines, and guidance are intended to support better health and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. DIAREV makes no guarantee of any fixed medical outcome, complete disease reversal, permanent cure, medicine stoppage, or specific reduction in blood sugar, weight, blood pressure, or cholesterol. Any reference to “diabetes reversal”, “disease reversal”, or similar terms means a structured, medically-supervised lifestyle approach — not a guaranteed cure or permanent result. Outcomes depend on factors such as age, medical history, duration of disease, current medication, organ function, genetics, and lifestyle adherence. Always consult a qualified medical professional for diagnosis, treatment, and medication decisions.8. Not for medical emergencies
Our website, online sessions, WhatsApp and phone communication, follow-up support, residential programs, and educational content are not emergency medical services. In case of any medical emergency — including chest pain, symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, severe breathlessness, unconsciousness, seizures, severe weakness, very high or very low blood sugar, severe vomiting or bleeding, injury, or any life-threatening condition — immediately contact the nearest hospital, ambulance, or qualified emergency care provider. DIAREV is not responsible for any delay, complication, injury, or loss caused by relying on non-emergency communication during an emergency.
9. Doctor consultation & telemedicine consent
For online programs, follow-up support, report review, and digital consultation, you consent to receive consultation and guidance through phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, email, or other digital communication. By choosing an online program, you confirm that you understand the nature and limitations of telemedicine: online consultation may not be equal to a physical examination, and the doctor or DIAREV team may advise you to visit a nearby hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or specialist for examination, investigations, or urgent treatment. You agree to share accurate medical history, current symptoms, past reports, current medications, and allergies for proper evaluation. While DIAREV and its consulting professionals make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality, digital communication platforms may carry inherent technical and privacy risks beyond our control. DIAREV may refuse, pause, or discontinue an online consultation if the case is unsuitable for telemedicine or requires emergency or in-person care.
10. Patient responsibility
You are fully responsible for providing true, complete, and updated information about your health, including (but not limited to) medical history, current diagnosis, current medicines, insulin use, allergies, previous surgeries, pregnancy status, kidney/liver/heart disease, neurological or psychiatric conditions, past hospital admissions, diagnostic reports, food restrictions, and emergency-contact details. You must promptly inform DIAREV of any new symptoms, medicine changes, hospitalization, pregnancy, surgery, or major health event during the program. You are also responsible for following the advice given, attending scheduled sessions, sharing reports on time, and seeking emergency care when required. DIAREV is not responsible for any adverse event, incorrect guidance, or health risk caused by false, incomplete, hidden, outdated, or misleading information you provide.
11. Medicines & prescription policy
You must not stop, reduce, increase, replace, or change any prescribed medicine, insulin, supplement, or treatment on your own. Any medicine adjustment must be made only after consultation with a qualified medical practitioner and proper review of your condition. DIAREV’s lifestyle guidance, diet plans, and educational sessions are not a substitute for prescribed medical treatment unless specifically advised by a qualified doctor. If you are on medication for any condition, continue it as advised by your treating doctor unless medically reviewed and changed by a qualified professional. DIAREV is not responsible for complications arising from self-medication, sudden medicine stoppage, incorrect dosage, or failure to follow medical advice.
12. Diet, lifestyle & compliance
Our programs are based on active participation and lifestyle compliance. Meaningful health improvement requires consistent effort — following the recommended food plan, routine, sleep schedule, physical-activity guidance, stress-management practices, follow-up instructions, and medical advice. DIAREV is not responsible for poor results, delayed progress, relapse, or an unsatisfactory outcome if you do not follow the recommended plan, miss sessions, consume restricted food, stop medicines without advice, hide medical information, or avoid follow-up. Lifestyle disease improvement is a gradual process.
13. Follow-up support terms
“1-Year Follow-up” or “12-Month Support” refers only to the support structure included in your selected program. Follow-up may include scheduled calls, WhatsApp guidance, progress discussion, report review, and general lifestyle guidance; the exact number of calls, frequency, timing, and scope vary by program. Follow-up support does not mean 24-hour doctor availability, emergency medical care, unlimited consultation, home visits, hospital-admission support, or a guaranteed medical outcome unless expressly stated in writing. You must share required updates, reports, and readings on time; effectiveness may be reduced if you do not. DIAREV may pause or discontinue follow-up support in cases of abusive behaviour, repeated non-compliance, misuse of communication channels, non-payment, or health conditions requiring care beyond the scope of the program.
14. Residential camp rules
- Report at the venue by the check-in time and complete all registration formalities. Late arrival, early departure, or missed sessions may affect your program outcome.
- Follow the food plan and routine provided. Outside food, packaged food, sweets, alcohol, tobacco, smoking, and other restricted items may not be allowed unless specifically permitted.
- Attend consultation sessions, educational classes, and monitoring as advised, and cooperate with doctors, nurses, staff, and other participants.
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and respectful conduct. Misbehaviour, harassment, violence, or violation of safety rules may lead to removal from the program without refund.
- Disclose any serious illness, mobility issues, elderly dependency, special diet needs, or high medical risk before booking. DIAREV may require an attendant/caregiver in certain cases, at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
- DIAREV is not responsible for personal belongings, travel arrangements, personal negligence, or incidents outside the program’s reasonable control.
15. Online program rules
Participants in online programs must attend sessions on time and maintain a proper internet connection, device, and contact details. DIAREV is not responsible for missed sessions due to your internet failure, device issues, incorrect contact details, or failure to join on time; missed sessions may be rescheduled only subject to availability and approval. You must not record, copy, forward, sell, publish, or share online sessions, diet plans, PDFs, videos, or consultation content without written permission. WhatsApp/phone support is for program-related, non-emergency communication only, and response times vary.
16. Products & shop terms
DIAREV may offer health, food, wellness, or educational products. All products are subject to availability, and product images are for representation only — actual packaging, colour, size, or presentation may vary. You are responsible for reading the product label, ingredients, usage instructions, expiry date, and allergen information before use; those with allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before use. Products are not a substitute for prescribed medicine or medical treatment. Delivery timelines are estimates. For damaged, defective, expired, wrong, or missing products, notify us within the time specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy with proof; returns and refunds are subject to product type, hygiene, and expiry status.
17. User content & testimonials
When you submit testimonials, reviews, ratings, photos, or other content, you grant DIAREV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce it for promotional and educational purposes. You confirm the content is truthful, is your own or you have permission to share it, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that every participant will achieve the same result. We may moderate, decline, or remove content that is false, unlawful, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. 18. Acceptable & prohibited use
You agree to use our website, programs, communication channels, and services only for lawful and genuine purposes. You must not:
- Submit fake forms, make false bookings, or upload false or manipulated medical reports.
- Provide misleading health information, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Copy, record, sell, or commercially misuse DIAREV program materials, diet plans, videos, or educational resources.
- Abuse, threaten, harass, defame, or misbehave with doctors, nurses, staff, coordinators, volunteers, or other participants.
- Post or transmit offensive, illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or spam content.
DIAREV reserves the right to deny service, cancel a booking, remove a participant, block communication, suspend access, or take legal action in case of misuse, misconduct, fraud, or violation of these terms.
19. Intellectual property
All content, materials, designs, logos, brand and program names, graphics, photographs, videos, PDFs, diet charts, recipes, educational modules, and website layout displayed or provided by DIAREV are owned by or licensed to DIAREV Health Pvt. Ltd. Program materials are provided only for the personal use of the registered participant and must not be shared with non-registered persons, public groups, social-media platforms, or commercial entities. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any DIAREV content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
20. Third-party services & payment gateways
Our website and services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, banks, UPI apps, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps, courier services, and online meeting platforms (including Razorpay, Google/Firebase, and Vercel). These are operated by independent providers and are governed by their own terms and policies. DIAREV is not responsible for payment-gateway failure, bank or UPI delays, failed or duplicate transactions, third-party downtime, or any loss caused by third-party platform issues. If a payment is deducted but not reflected, you must share valid proof of payment; confirmation is subject to verification of a successful payment receipt.
21. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIAREV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, nor for loss, injury, complication, health deterioration, relapse, hospitalization, personal negligence, non-compliance, medicine changes done without advice, wrong information you provided, missed follow-up, or failure to seek emergency care. DIAREV is also not liable for technical problems, internet or device failure, payment-gateway issues, courier delays, or venue issues beyond its reasonable control. In all cases, DIAREV’s maximum liability, if legally established, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service or program giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DIAREV harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the services.
23. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these terms or for legal, security, medical, or operational reasons.
24. Force majeure
DIAREV is not liable for any delay, cancellation, rescheduling, or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, power or internet failure, venue unavailability, doctor or staff illness, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such situations, DIAREV may reschedule the program, shift you to a future batch, offer an online alternative, modify the venue, or revise the schedule. No compensation is payable for inconvenience, travel cost, or other indirect loss caused by force-majeure events.
25. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion and written communication. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any claim or dispute must be raised within a reasonable time from the date of the event giving rise to it.

27. Changes to these terms
DIAREV may update, modify, or revise these terms, and may change programs, pricing, inclusions, schedules, or availability, whenever required for legal, operational, medical, administrative, or business reasons. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Please confirm current program details before booking. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
